United Living New Homes subsidiary, Partner Construction, is proud to be supporting Orbit Homes in the delivery of 65 new affordable homes in Shipston-on-Stour.
The £13 million development will comprise a range of one, two, three and four bedroom properties, as well as two bungalows to help meet the needs of the ageing population.
The new homes created will be a mix of tenures including 35 social rent and 30 shared ownership, which will create a balanced community and ensure genuine affordability for the local community.
