We are saddened to hear the news this morning about the Grenfell Tower block fire and we will be offering our support to Kensington and Chelsea London Borough Council and Kensington & Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (KCTMO).
We want to assure all our customers that all of our blocks have current Fire Risk Assessments in place and that our teams will be visiting these blocks today to address any concerns customers may have. Instructions on how to evacuate a block can be found on the Fire Action Notice which is visible in each block. Please make sure you are familiar with the procedure.
