Grenfell Tower fire update

In the wake of the Grenfell Tower block fire, we have created a dedicated team to manage all enquiries, including those from the DCLG, local authorities, partners, lenders and media.

In the wake of the Grenfell Tower block fire, we have created a dedicated team to manage all enquiries, including those from the DCLG, local authorities, partners, lenders and media.

The health and safety of our customers is paramount. By way of priority, teams visited our 11 high rise tower blocks* last Wednesday (14 June) to assure customers in those areas that Fire Risk Assessments are in place.

We can now confirm that, upon inspection, none of our high rise tower blocks* with cladding contain aluminium composite material (ACM), as believed to be used at Grenfell Tower.

To offer additional reassurance to all customers, teams will be visiting all of our tower blocks in the coming weeks, addressing any concerns customers may have.

We are continuing with our offer to the NHF of support to Kensington and Chelsea London Borough Council and Kensington & Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (KCTMO).

If you would like to know when we are visiting your block or if you have any concerns at all, please get in touch via our Customer Support Hub on 0800 678 1221.
