Tracy Sheedy is an experienced executive and non-executive director, having held roles across the not-for-profit, chemical, medical device, technology and manufacturing sectors.

Tracy's expertise includes culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent management, international HR, sustainability, M&A and divestments.

Tracy was appointed as non-executive director to Orbit's Common Board on 1st February 2026.
