Orbit Homes builds high quality, energy efficient new homes all tenure types for our customers, and is one of the largest developers of affordable homes in the UK.
We are a Homes England Strategic Partner, and have the capability to manage the entire development process from land acquisition and direct build capability, and are proud of our sector-leading design standards and RoSPA Safer by Design accredited house types.
We were also the joint first housing association to sign up to the voluntary New Homes Quality Code and New Homes Ombudsman Service, and participate in the House Builders Federation / National House Building Council Customer Satisfaction Survey, where we are currently rated as a 4 Star Housebuilder.
