Your role at Orbit.
Join our busy P2P (Purchase to Pay) team, providing an excellent processing and payment service to our internal and external customers.
As our Transactional Assistant, you’ll be responsible for processing large volumes of supplier invoices, statement reconciliations, responding to supplier queries and assisting with multiple Bacs runs a week.
What will help you make a difference.
You will already have transactional experience within a finance team and be able to speak and deal confidently on the phone to answer queries from both internal and external customers. You must also have excellent attention to detail and be able to utilise Excel and other databases, and work at pace to process large volumes of invoices.
