Your role at Orbit.
Orbit is a fantastic business and one that’s really going places so this is an excellent opportunity to join our proactive Tenancy Response Team.
You will cover stock predominantly in the Stratford area, but flexibility to work with the team and cover issues over the Midlands area is key, so own transport is vital. We are looking for an experienced individual to support and manage tenancy issues.
You will provide specialist advice and support to both customers and colleagues on all aspects relating to general needs tenancies and be actively involved in a range of Tenancy Management work including Breach of Tenancy, Assignment & Successions, Evictions, New Customer Visits, Tenancy Reviews, and Tenancy Audits – so experience in Housing Management is vital.
