Your role at Orbit.

Fantastic opportunity to be part of our growing Service Charges team, working in an agile manner with an office base of either Coventry or Maidstone.

You will take responsibility for dealing with Service Charge queries, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner. You will ensure budgets and statements are prepared in an accurate way in line with KPIs to provide customers with clear information. You will interact with customers, dealing with complex queries and liaise with internal teams to ensure the best result

 What will help you make a difference.

  • Experience of Service Charges
  • Working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law in particular the key issues regarding Service Charges.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good general standard of education, in particular a good level of numeracy.
  • IT skills including use of word and excel and experience of data entry and databases.
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Flexible approach to working hours to be able to respond to times of peak demand (year end etc.).
  • Confident in dealing with customers by phone, letter or in person and able to deliver great customer service.
