Tenancy Services is part of the Customer Services Directorate and is split into three streams of Community Safety and Anti-Fraud, Response and Tenancy Review; all deliver tenancy management services to our General Needs customers.

The current postholder has done a great job and leaves the business to take up a promotion and as a result, we are looking for a dynamic and inspiring leader to build on her good work and to help take us to the next level.
As Regional Tenancy Services Manager (East), you will work as one of three peers reporting to the Head of Tenancy Services and will be accountable for leading your region, plus developing and shaping the wider service to ensure that we continue to be ‘match fit’ to embrace opportunities and challenges now and in the future.
Whilst a background in housing may be beneficial, more important are your transferable skills and ability to lead, inspire, innovate and drive forward a high performing team to even greater heights.
