Your role at Orbit.

We are looking for a Project Support Analyst to provide support services to two of our major projects, based out of our Head Office in Coventry, although our teams are working flexibly at the moment, and are expected to do so in the foreseeable future

The PSA will be involved in ensuring project governance and controls are established and followed, including managing updates to actions, RAIDDs, and the project plan and associated resource profiles; creating and producing management information, dashboards and reports, updating DevOps work items and provide the draft monthly status report for the PM.  The PSA will also provide administrative services including on/off-boarding and setting up workshops and meetings as required.

Our ideal Project Support Analyst will:

  • Have experience in a similar PMO/Analyst role, and practical experience of medium to large-scale projects, preferably including IT change
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads according to agreed deadlines
  • Be skilled in working with MS Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio a
  • Experience of working with DevOps work items and dashboards
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt approach depending on the audience
  • Have knowledge/exposure to project management methodologies
