Your role at Orbit.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our busy Corporate Communications and Brand department based out of our head office in Coventry.
This role will be instrumental in raising awareness of Orbit and our Corporate Strategy through several marketing channels, with an emphasis on digital marketing. You will also be responsible for delivery of brand marketing campaigns and activities, website and social media content optimisation, and leading on digital reporting. Your focus will be split between our Orbit Homes and the Group marketing activities.
You will have ownership of marketing plans, evaluating activity and spend to ensure the needs of the business are met. There will be an element of project management and strategy planning to align our marketing and brand strategy to the objectives of the business, and set out key deliverables for our team.
What will help you make a difference.
As our ideal Digital Marketing Lead, you will have experience in a similar Marketing position with a digital focus from a commercial environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and externally. You will have creative ideas for producing end to end effective marketing campaigns using a multi-channel approach. You will also have copy writing experience for a range of channels, with great attention to detail.
Although not essential for the position, you will ideally be educated to a degree level in Marketing or similar discipline.
