This includes focus on low-level debt to provide support and guidance, whilst ensuring the consequences of non-payment are understood. Our Apprenticeship Programme
In our 18 month scheme, you’ll be welcomed into a team at Orbit where you’ll be supported by your line manager and colleagues as you learn on the job. Our Apprenticeship Programme will provide you with the opportunity to gain the skills, experience and qualifications you need to secure the job you want, whilst getting paid in full time employment. Although it is our intention to offer you a permanent role at the end of the scheme, Orbit cannot guarantee this, however, the experience and qualifications that you will have gained throughout your time with us will certainly equip you for success in securing a permanent role in your career.
You will also have the chance to work as a team with our other Apprentices and deliver your own project, having a real impact on the organisation. Our former Apprentices have delivered a wellbeing programme for our employees, whereas another Cohort implemented their own ideas on how we, as a business, can recruit, attract and retain the Generation Z workforce; both have proven to be a real success across the business.

Reporting into the Income Collections & Recovery Compliance Manager, we currently have two Apprenticeships available where you will work towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. Your role will be to provide administrative support to the Income Collection & Recovery Team whilst undertaking a structured training and development programme whereby you will gain an understanding of:

What We Offer
The scheme is an 18 month placement starting in September 2021. As mentioned above, during this time you will gain a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

Our Apprenticeships are open to anyone over the age of 16.
For an Intermediate Apprenticeship you will need 5 GCSE at grades (A*-C/9-4) or equivalent - your Mathematics and English grades must ideally be a Grade C.
