Your role at Orbit.
We are looking to increase headcount within our Area Inspector team. Working across repairs, and voids, the team work in a proactive manner to ensure all works are done at pace to support customer need.
We are looking for customer focused individuals to support this service. You will review properties, set schedule of works and repair, monitor progress, and ensure a prompt turnaround. You will work to ensure effective relationships with maintenance teams, ensuring cost and spend are monitored.
You will need to support the Area Manager to ensure business objectives are met and contractor relationships are well managed.
