Customer Services

We oversee the operational delivery of services for customers, bringing together expertise from housing and estate housing services, property services, tenancy services, commercial and leasehold. The department provides a first point of contact for all customer enquiries.

Orbit Homes

The team manages the housing development arm of the business, from land and planning services, through to construction, development and sales. We build around 2,000 new homes every year.


Our finance team look after all investor relations and treasury activity across the Group. They ensure we are financially robust and report on the Group’s performance.


The People Directorate ensure that we continue to be a great place to work, recruiting and retaining talent across the Group. Here we have the HR and Academy function, the Brand and Communications team and our Community Investment colleagues.

Corporate Services

Our Corporate Services department ensure we are compliant across all areas, managing risks and business continuity, as well as Business Improvement. This includes Information Technology, Procurement, Health and Safety, Internal Audit and Corporate Planning
